Goods should be in their original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be offered when a product is returned as faulty or damaged. If the return reason is ‘no longer required’ the goods are returned to us at your own cost.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items…
- Perishable goods such as food and plants
- DVDs/CDs and goods with a protective seal where the seal has been broken
- Face coverings
- Print on demand products
- Bespoke items such as tapestries
- Items delivered direct by our approved suppliers
The customer service team will process your refund in accordance with our terms and should appear in your account within 5-10 working days.
